BIG STUF

If you are waiting to see about going to Big Stuf, you may be waiting too long! We only have 2 spots left for our Summer Camp in Panama City Beach. After those spots are gone, you will be on a waiting list. Big Stuf is June 19th - 23rd, 2010. Register for Big Stuf by getting a form on the bulletin boards in The Porch and place completed form and check in one of the black communication boxes located around the campus or in The Porch. CALLING ALL SKATEBOARDERS AND INLINE SKATERS
Friday, May 7th from 7:00 to 10:00 PM.
The Orchard has new skate equipment for you to have a place to skate! We will have our first Sk8 Nite! Bring a friend! Concessions like pizza and cokes will be available to purchase.
SENIOR RECOGNITION PICNIC
Sunday, May 23rd from 12:30 to 2:30 PM.
We will host our first ever Senior Recognition Banquet for all graduating High School Seniors! The Porch Student Ministry and The Orchard will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, buns and paper products. We are asking families of seniors to bring side dishes, and drinks. All graduating seniors, families, and friends are invited to attend. We will need the following from the senior families:
* 5 Pictures of the graduating senior as he/she grew up
* Side Dish (Bring Day Of)
* Drinks (Bring Day Of)
* Name of Student
* School of Student
* School Colors
* Number of family and friends attending event
This will be a special recognition of our students as we celebrate this important milestone in their lives! Please have all information to Pastor Rich no later than Sunday, May 16. You can email Pastor Rich by clicking here.
PORCH BAND RETREAT
Friday, May 14th to Sunday, May 16th.
All Porch Band Members are invited to attend The Porch Band Retreat at Vogel State Park. Meet at The Orchard on May 14th at 5:00 PM. The cost is $30.00 which includes lodging and food. Sign up by clicking here.

Do you like to skateboard or inline skate? Throughout the summer The Orchard will have Sk8 Nite. Bring a friend! Concessions like pizza and cokes will be available to purchase. Mark your calendar:

YOUTH HOUSEBOAT CAMP @ Lake Lanier Islands!
July 6th - 8th
The Porch will be renting 6 houseboats on Lake Lanier for some awesome fun! Stake out an island with us for team based "capture the flag", Lake games, campfires, boat living, jacuzzi on the boat at night, deck-top worship, and much, much more! Cost is $139.00. Register on your Communication Card with a $60.00 deposit and place in a black communication box. You can also get a flyer from the bulletin boards in The Porch. Don’t miss out. Sign up quickly. Limited spots are available. This camp is for middle and high school students (rising 6th through graduating seniors).
ADULT HOUSEBOAT CAMP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are looking for houseboat captains, co-leaders, and folks who have ski boats to help out with our Student Houseboat Camp. Please contact Pastor Rich (rich@theorchardchurch.org) if you are interested in helping with this great event. Parents welcomed!
